Term and Conditions
All price quotes are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. Rates are locked in once deposit has been received. The balance is due at time of service.
We are not responsible for situations beyond our control.
BAC Limousine reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
Reservations cancelled 20 days or less to date scheduled are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled on Prom Dates, for Major Holidays or Special Events are non-refundable. No exceptions!
BAC Limousine will not take any responsibility for personal items left in the vehicle during or after completion of the rental period.
Cash or Major credit cards only! WE accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. To prevent credit card fraud, we will require the billing address you credit card company has on the file for you along with your driver’s license number.
3rd Party Reservations:
All third party reservations will not be confirmed until we have received a signed contract from the paying party. To verify pick up of a 3rd party client, the client has to sign a 3rd party contract that does not include the pricing information. This is to insure privacy for the paying party.
Rules and Regulations:
Possession, Sale or Use of narcotics and/or illegal drugs by client or his/her guests is strictly prohibited! Violation will result in immediate termination of contract and client will forfeit entire deposit and fees paid.
Reservations made for or by a minor will need to be confirmed and a contract will need to be signed by a parent and/or legal guardian. The contract will not be honored unless a signature is given. Possession of alcohol/narcotics by a minor is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract. Parent or legal guardian will be contacted to pick up minors and client will forfeit entire fees paid.
Client is responsible for his/her guest(s), for any damages to the exterior or interior of the vehicle. This is including but not limited to beverage spillage, gum, omitting, breakage of glasses, decanters, lights, televisions, VCR’s, CD players and radios. Client will be charged a $30 fee for each and every lost, stolen or broken champagne or rock glass. All other repairs/replacements will be charged to the client at a rate of no less than what it will cost to repair/replace any damages in or on the vehicle. Client will be charged immediately upon completion of rental.
Client will be charged a $100.00 fee for each and every vomit occurrence in or on the vehicle. Client will be charged a $100 fee for any extraordinary cleaning required after rental is completed.
Times that are scheduled and not used are non-refundable. Time used that exceeds the schedule times will be charged at the minimum hourly rate plus gratuity. No shows are non-refundable. Start times begin at the 1st pickup address and end at the last drop off address only in the Anchorage area. Pick ups that are outside the Anchorage area will start at the time the driver leaves the shop and end when the driver arrives back at the shop.
